There are also recipes from Sam Berechree from My Kitchen Rules (including a sensational garlic inspired desert), Bronwyn Strange Head Chef at the award-winning Bangor Oyster and Wine Shed , Mic Giuliani from Sirocco South, Craig Volant, Head Chef at Felons Restaurant at World Heritage Port Arthur Historic Site, Arwen Genge. Lee Anne Webb & talented chef, author, photographer and food stylist Eloise Emmett.
The book also contains a sprinkling of delicious garlic-inspired recipes created by top interstate and international chefs including Australian icon Maggie Beer, Lisa Featherby from Australia Gourmet Traveller and Sam and Sam Clark from the acclaimed Moro Restaurant and Morito Tapas Bar in London. Three respected food writers (and passionate garlic lovers): Fouad Kassab, Hyosun Ro and Marie Viljoen from Sydney, Korea and New York respectively, also contributed wonderful garlic-inspired recipes to the cookbook as did a number of gourmet stallholders who took part in Australia's Premier Garlic Festival held in Tasmania's spectacular South East region.
